Russian Success Case: Application of Desktop Curing Oven in Aluminum Pot Coating Line Project

In December 2023, Attractivechina, as a leading coating equipment supplier, completed a key project for a customer in Russia - the delivery and installation of a desktop curing oven. The project focuses on the coating of aluminum pots, aiming to improve the coating quality and production efficiency of aluminum pots.

 

Project Background

 

The Russian customer is an internationally renowned kitchenware manufacturer dedicated to providing high-quality aluminum pots to the global market. They have higher requirements for the coating process and expect to improve the durability and appearance quality of the products through advanced curing oven technology. In order to meet these needs, a desktop curing oven was selected as the core equipment of this project.

The desktop curing oven is the key equipment of this project. It is compact and powerful, and is specially optimized for the coating process of aluminum pots. The curing oven uses the latest heating and control technology, which can achieve uniform high-temperature curing in a short time, ensuring the adhesion and wear resistance of the coating on the surface of each aluminum pot.

 

Implementation Process

The project team conducted detailed operation training on the desktop curing oven so that the operators could master the key points of equipment use and maintenance.
