1. Project Overview
In July 2026, Guangdong Chuangzhi Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully completed the customized design, manufacturing, delivery and commissioning of a large-scale automatic coating line for hydraulic press components for a well-known local hydraulic machinery manufacturer in Guangdong. Hydraulic assemblies are heavy-duty industrial workpieces with large sizes, heavy weights and complex structures. Serving long-term in harsh industrial environments, such workpieces require extremely high standards in coating protection, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and surface flatness. The client’s original traditional painting mode was plagued by uneven coating, insufficient protection performance, low production efficiency and high labor costs. 2. Customized Core Technical Solution
Targeting the characteristics of large size, complex structure and easy surface contamination of hydraulic assembly parts, this project customized a large heavy-duty integrated automatic coating line. The whole production line integrates intelligent conveying system, advanced pre-treatment system, precision painting system, constant-temperature curing system and environmental protection purification system, fully adapting to the continuous mass production of heavy-duty workpieces and solving the core pain points of large-scale workpiece coating.
In the pre-treatment process, a dual process of chemical degreasing and high-pressure spray cleaning is adopted, equipped with multi-stage water washing and silane activation treatment. It can thoroughly remove oil stains, oxide scales and dust on the workpiece surface, optimize the surface roughness, greatly improve the adhesion of the paint film, and avoid peeling, paint loss and rust problems in later service, meeting the long-term anti-corrosion requirements of heavy machinery. Considering the handling difficulties of large workpieces, the line is equipped with a heavy-duty overhead conveying system with stable operation and strong bearing capacity, realizing full-automatic circulation of large-size hydraulic assemblies without manual handling and effectively reducing workpiece collision and damage risks.
In the painting section, an intelligent reciprocating painting system with precise paint control and atomization devices is applied. It can intelligently adjust the painting track, paint output and atomization pressure according to the different structures of hydraulic parts such as corners, gaps and planes, achieving full coverage and uniform coating and avoiding common defects such as uneven thickness, missing coating and paint sagging. The curing system adopts segmented constant-temperature hot air drying technology, with a gradient heating curve set according to the material characteristics of hydraulic workpieces, ensuring uniform and dense paint film curing and improving the hardness, wear resistance and weather resistance of the coating. Meanwhile, the supporting integrated waste gas treatment equipment fully complies with local environmental protection emission standards in Guangdong, realizing green and safe production.
The entire coating line is equipped with an intelligent central control system, supporting one-click parameter adjustment, real-time production data monitoring and automatic equipment fault early warning. The simple and efficient operation mode greatly reduces the daily operation and maintenance difficulty for enterprises.
