2. Spraying: The second step is to spray the metal surface. The spraying equipment requires the use of an electrostatic powder spray gun. Its working principle is that the electrostatic powder spray gun generates high voltage at the front of the gun after being energized, and the powder is sprayed from the front of the gun with negative electricity. The charged powder is blown to the surface of the workpiece by high-pressure air, and the workpiece is positively charged, so the powder can be well adsorbed on the surface. When a certain thickness of coating is formed on the surface of the workpiece, electrostatic repulsion is generated by the charge to prevent the powder from continuing to adsorb, which can spray the surface of the workpiece evenly.


3. Baking: After metal spraying, it is necessary to bake and solidify the powder to tightly adhere to the metal surface, forming a smooth and flat protective coating. Heat to the set temperature in a high-temperature curing furnace to melt and level the powder, forming a uniform film layer. Generally speaking, the baking time and temperature depend on the material and performance of the workpiece. The baking time is usually 15-20 minutes, and the baking temperature is between 120 ℃ and 150 ℃.


4. Cooling: The final process is to cool the baked and cured workpiece, making the coating more stable and attached to the metal surface, avoiding problems such as peeling, peeling, and color difference after coating.
