Uniting Efforts and Charting a New Course – Guangdong Chuangzhi's 2025 Annual Summary and 2026 Strategic Planning Conference Successfully Held

From January 23rd to 24th, 2026, Guangdong Chuangzhi Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully held its 2025 annual work summary and 2026 strategic planning conference under the theme of "Uniting Efforts for Development and Galloping Towards a New Chapter."  The conference reviewed the achievements of the past year and systematically planned the development goals for the new year.

Conference Opening:
The meeting was chaired by General Manager Assistant Zhong Ping, and attended by 21 people, including Chairman Yan Changzhi and General Manager Xu Shijian. Over the two days, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on core topics such as "Departmental Basic Data Achievement," "Completion of Key Tasks," and "Problems and Improvement Measures." Each speaker was well-prepared, providing detailed data and thorough analysis, showcasing the significant achievements of the past year while also frankly analyzing existing shortcomings and proposing practical improvement plans.

Conference Process:
Looking back at 2025, Guangdong Chuangzhi steadily moved forward amidst challenges, achieving a series of solid results; looking ahead to 2026, the company has a clear direction and high morale.  It will continue to uphold the core values ​​of "professionalism, efficiency, unity, and achievement," working hand in hand with all colleagues and partners, embracing a more pragmatic attitude and innovative spirit, seizing the pulse of the times, and bravely undertaking the mission of development to jointly create the next glorious chapter.

Conference Summary:
In his summary, Mr. Yan emphasized: "The entire company must unify its goals and build consensus. Everyone must have their own direction, their own strategy, and their own life values. Only when all employees create value can we jointly achieve the annual goals of 2026 and move towards a brighter future."

The conference clarified the 2026 strategic plan as follows:

(1) Leapfrog Performance Growth: In 2026, the company will strive to achieve its ultimate goal by optimizing market layout and strengthening resource allocation to drive continuous performance breakthroughs.

(2) Improved Operational Management Efficiency: Relying on a fully operational digital management system, the company will further optimize process functions and project-based management models to ensure efficient project delivery, achieving "lean management" and "focused operations." 

(3) Market Expansion and Brand Enhancement: Based on the new 80-mu factory and multiple branches in Central China, East China, and Southwest China, we will focus on core technologies, actively expand overseas markets, and continuously enhance brand influence.

(4) Deepening of Service System: We adhere to a customer-centric approach, continuously optimize our after-sales system and service team, and implement a "master-apprentice" collaboration model to provide customers with smarter and more efficient coating solutions.

Company Honors:
As of 2025, under the leadership of the Board of Directors, Guangdong Chuangzhi has continued to deepen innovative development and achieved a series of important results:

(1) In terms of scale expansion, we have added 80 mu of land and completed the layout of multiple branches in key regions such as Central China, East China, and Southwest China, further expanding our development space.

(2) In terms of platform construction, we have built the first pilot-scale verification platform in Zhaoqing City, completed the filing of key laboratories, and actively explored new models of industry-university cooperation to strengthen the deep integration of industry, academia, and research.

(3) In terms of qualification certification, the company has been awarded the title of "Provincial Manufacturing Single Champion," significantly enhancing its industry influence and core competitiveness.

(4) In terms of intellectual property rights, a total of 18 invention patents, 6 utility model patents, and 16 software copyrights were applied for throughout the year, with 29 granted, bringing the total number of intellectual property rights to 290.
