Product Advantages: The No Fixture Automatic Sandblasting Machine is the latest patented product of Chuangzhi Coating, designed for efficient processing of aluminum cookware pots of various shapes and sizes. Traditional sandblasting machines usually require fixed fixtures to stabilize the workpiece, but the fixture-free design makes the operation more flexible and efficient. This machine uses a sensing device to intelligently identify the position and shape of the workpiece, automatically flip the workpiece, and enter the next process through a PVC conveyor belt.
This automatic sandblasting system is suitable for cookware such as rice cooker inner pots, with a production capacity of 2,600 pieces per hour, which is 2.5 times that of ordinary sandblasting machines. Its high degree of automation reduces manual intervention, which not only improves production efficiency but also reduces labor costs.
