2. Cleaning organization: check whether the pipeline is leaking, whether the motors and centrifugal pumps of the water circulation system are noisy, the motor's ambient temperature is detected, and everything should be normal during the operation of the top exhaust fan.
3. Air-drying and dry-solid curing furnace: check the working attitude of the burner, whether the centrifugal fan of the circulation system is noisy, check the ambient temperature of the motor, and everything should be normal during the operation of the top exhaust fan.

4. Conveyor belt: check whether the drive equipment motor is loud, temperature test, and the triangle belt is not damaged; check the operation of the reducer, check the remaining oil in the oil, check the toothing of the transmission gear and the transmission chain, and there must be no deposit transmission Chain condition; check the lubrication condition of the transmission chain. If the transmission chain is found to be dry, it should be filled with heat-resistant lubricating automobile oil immediately.
5. Check the lubrication condition of the horizontal and vertical slide rails of the spray guns on both sides, check the working pressure of the refrigerated dryer and the heat pipe radiator.

1. Distribution box: Clean the distribution box on time, tighten the terminal blocks, check the posture contact points of AC contactors, automobile relays, etc., whether there is crevice corrosion, repair poor products or replace new products.

3. Conveyor belt: the drive reducer should be dismantled and replaced on time (150# oil), the balance weight and the tensioning mechanism should be adjusted to ensure that the tensioning organization can be expanded and contracted freely; Excellent chain lubrication.
4. The paint spray gun organizes the slide rail to clean the dust and lubricate; the refrigerated dryer radiator cleans the dust.
